Taking flight...

Finally invested in a copy of Manga Studio and a Wacom Bamboo pen this week. I was very unsure of whether I could wrap myself around inking digitally, particularly using a stylus and tablet which I've found very awkward to use from experiences some years back, but this MS has been a revelation! I suddenly feel like I've been handed back all the immediate tactile expressiveness of working with brush and gouache that I've missed so much since I started working commercially, with all the expectations to produce quality at speed that that requires. Loving the results so far...here's the first piece I've put together while learning the new softwware. A few filters and glows to add here and there and it'll be done. If only I could navigate the world of human interactions as easily...

  2. Hi Trystan. Can you put a Facebook "like" button under your work at all? It definitely needs to be got out to a wider audience!

    1. Hey Matthew. Thanks for the comment and feedback :)
If you're signed in to Facebook and have it linked to your Google account you should be able to just click the FB share button above the post labels at the bottom there and it will allow you to post to your FB timeline with two clicks. I don't have an active FB account at the moment so I'm not able to generate any 'like' buttons...but everything still gets shared via Twitter & G+ when I post.
